- Shipping & Delivery within Malaysia
- We use PosLaju for shipping and delivery anywhere within Malaysia, including Sabah and Sarawak. You will receive a tracking number which you can use to check the shipping status online or by phone to Pos Laju Call Centre 1-300-300-300.
- Shipping & Delivery to the Rest of the World
- We provide two options for shipping and delivery to international destinations outside of Malaysia: registered postal service and Expedited Mail Service (EMS). In the check out page, these options along its costs are provided and you may choose either one. If you choose EMS, you will receive a tracking number which you can use to check the shipping status online.
- Privacy & Security
- The information you provided to us is confidential and we do not share nor disclose it to anyone. For our customers with Malaysian bank accounts, we encourage that you use internet banking to pay us. Since the transaction is carried out online in the secured website of the bank, it is completely safe. For our international customers, you can use PayPal to transfer the money to us.
- Returns & Replacements
- If for any reason that you are not satisfy with our product, you may return the items at your own expenses within 14 days. We will credit your account so you may purchase other items, or we can transfer the money back to you the same way as you paid us.
- Delivery Time & Lost Shipments
- We will send you an email when your purchase is despatched. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delviery within Malaysia and 6 to 8 weeks for overseas delivery. For lost shipments, we will replace them for free.
- Custom Duties & Taxes
- We do not charge any custom duties, VAT, or GST in our shipments. For our international customers, please check with your customs officials or post office for more information on custom and import duties.
